"Cater-Killer's Coming!": Dr. Eggman's large caterpillar train is rushing through Mobius destroying anything in its path. Sonic gets Tails inside the machine to rewire it to go jump off a cliff.
"Dust Bunnie": Bunnie takes a distress call alone and gets caught by Jack Rabbit (ish. #62-63) to be used as bait for Sonic. Bunnie escapes from his minions' roboticized hands safely.
"Time Code": Rotor tries to discover Nicole's whereabouts. A firewall prevents him from hacking into her memory. Rotor gives up and it is revealed that Nicole came from the future, an invention of Rotor.

"The Prince and the Revolution":Sonic and Sally leave to find Prince Elias. St. Geoffrey and Hershey were also sent on the mission. They arrive first and discover Elias living in a small village with a wife and expecting a baby. They know that Eggman's robots are also on their way, so they warn the villagers. Sonic arrives and stops the robots. Elias decides to keep his simple country life.
"Afterlife; Part One" When members of the brotherhood die, they keep a form (a ghost if you will), so Knucles is witnessing his own funeral and taken by the Heralds to the Chaos Force.
"Songbird": Mina, with a knack for singing, sings a concert for Knothole Village. She has stage fright, but seeing Sonic she becomes calm. Sally hears her beautiful singing and notices how much Sonic appreaciates it. She becomes slightly jealous.
